Massachusetts Advocates for Children seeks a Lead Organizer/Policy Analyst to work with parents in schools and community organizations, as well as analyze BPS policy initiatives, especially for English Language Learners. Ideal candidates will have experience building the capacity of parent, student, and community groups to effectively advocate for systemic improvements. They will also possess deep knowledge and understanding of ELL Policy and urban education issues, particularly those in Boston Public Schools.
